A blend of biodegradable synthetic detergents, foam stabilizers, alkaline builders, water softeners, and chlorine for better cleaning, stain removal and deodorizing. It is specially formulated for the soils encountered in food handling establishments and is recommended for cleaning scales, slicers, mixers, saws, choppers, dough blenders, conveyors, and cooking vats. Since it produces stable foam, it is an excellent cleaner for vertical and overhead equipment. May be used for manual cleaning and foam cleaning. USDA applicable.
